6、The group purchase pricing Information:
The group purchase price will vary depending on whether the final registered quantity meets the threshold. The actual purchase price will be determined based on the results of price negotiations following the bid opening.

7、Reimbursement Procedure: After the group purchase quantity and negotiated pricing results have been confirmed, the awarded vendor for the 2026 fiscal year will contact all participants. A formal quotation is expected to be provided on July 1, 2026. Participants shall countersign the quotation, after which an invoice will be issued. Reimbursement shall then be processed based on the invoice.
