2025 School Team Selection Contest
Registration Period:
●Registration open: 10 AM, May 20, 2025
●Registration closed: 1PM, August 15, 2025
No changes to team members will be allowed after the registration deadline
Competition Schedule:
●Date: Tuesday, August 26, 2025
●Start Time: 9:30 AM
Eligibility:
1、Current Enrollment: Applicants must be currently enrolled students at our school, including those who entered in the academic year 2025.
2、Team Composition: Each team must consist of three members. Additionally, one reserve team member may be allowed.
3、ICPC Finals Participation: Individuals who have participated in two or more ICPC (International Collegiate Programming Contest) Finals are not eligible to apply.
4、ICPC Regional Participation: Individuals who have participated in five or more ICPC Regional Contests are not eligible to apply.
5、Age and Academic Standing: Applicants must meet one of the following conditions:
●Enrolled in a university or college for the first time in or after 2021.
●Born in or after 2002.
6、Have not yet completed eight semesters of undergraduate study.

Competition Venue:
The Programming Competition will be held in the following computer labs at our center:
PC4 Computer Lab, First Floor.
Competition Environment:
1、PC Specifications:
●CPU: Intel i5-4460S 2.9GHz (or higher)
●RAM: 8GB (or higher)
2、Operating System:
●Linux
3、Desktop Environment:
●GNOME
4、Programming Languages:
●C (version gcc 10.1.0)
●C++ (version g++ 9.1.0)
●Java 14.01
●Python 3.8.3 or newer versions
5、Provided IDEs:
●IntelliJ
PyCharm
Prizes and Awards:
Based on the evaluation results, the following prizes and awards will be presented to the winning teams:
●First Place (1 Team) Prize: NT$15,000
●Second Place (1 Team) Prize: NT$12,000
●Third Place (1 Team) Prize: NT$10,000
●Honorable Mention (2 Teams) Prize: NT$8,000
All winning teams (First Place, Second Place, Third Place, and Honorable Mention) will receive certificates of recognition.
Teams awarded Honorable Mention or above will be eligible to participate in a training camp. Those who perform well during the training camp may receive additional financial support according to the "National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University International Collegiate Programming Contest Participation and Scholarship Subsidy Guidelines."
Important Notes:
1、Due to space limitations, the competition is restricted to a maximum of 20 teams. In the event of an excessive number of registrations, teams will be selected based on the order of registration.
