About Microsoft 365
Targeted Users:
- Only for current NYCU students, faculty, and staff.
Account Format:
- If your email is xxx@nycu.edu.tw, then your Microsoft 365 account is xxx@m365.nycu.edu.tw.
How to apply for an account
- Please refer to Microsoft 365 account application and login instructions.

- Please be sure to complete the security verification (phone or email) as instructed to ensure that you can reset your own password in the future.
Notes:
- If you leave, retire, graduate, or withdraw from school, you will automatically become an A1 free plan and can only use the web version of office 365 online free service.
- The NYCU IT Service Center only provides access to user accounts. For product usage and services, please refer to the official Microsoft website.
Remarks:
- Microsoft 365 for our teachers and students is the A3 plan, and the offline version of Office 365 App can be downloaded (the old version of office must be removed before installation, and can be installed on up to 5 devices).
