- Forgot NYCU Portal Password
- Please click “Forgot Password” on the portal login page, and a password reset email will be sent to your NYCU email address as well as your designated alternate email.
- Forgot NYCU Email Password
- Please click “Forgot Password” on Google. The verification code to reset your email password will be sent to your designated backup email address. Follow the instructions to select the backup information you wish to use to obtain the verification code and reset your password.
