若是使用Windows10/11系統，進行連線時跳出「Credential or SSLVPN configuration is wrong.(-7200)」或出現無網際網路的圖示，
解決方式如下:
請先移除無法使用的 FortiClient VPN 程式，然後再安裝此版本的 FortiClient VPN。

若是使用IOS 15或更舊的版本，連線時無法輸入帳號密碼，跳出「Please enter your username and password.」

解決方式如下:
在App Store下載並安裝 FortiClient 6.0

若是使用MacOS系統，進行連線時跳出"To connect to a VPN with FortiClient, open Security & Privacy Settings and allow system software from FortiTray."訊息

解決方式如下:

打開「系統設定」。

點選「一般」並進入「登入選項與延伸功能」。

找到「網路延伸功能」點擊右邊的按鈕設定。

將FortiTray打開

若您使用的電腦為 ARM 架構，安裝FortiClient VPN軟體版時顯示"FortiClient VPN Setup Wizard ended prematurely"訊息
