3、ICPC Finals Participation: Individuals who have participated in two or more ICPC (International Collegiate Programming Contest) Finals are not eligible to apply.<br />
4、ICPC Regional Participation: Individuals who have participated in five or more ICPC Regional Contests are not eligible to apply.<br />
5、Age and Academic Standing: Applicants must meet one of the following conditions:<br />
●Enrolled in a university or college for the first time in or after 2021.<br />
●Born in or after 2002.<br />
6、Have completed fewer than eight semesters of higher education.<br />

In response to adjustments to Google's education account service policy and account calculation method, @nycu.edu.tw accounts used by alumni will no longer include Google cloud storage-related services, such as Google Drive and Google Photos. However, Gmail email service will remain available and will not be affected by this change.<br />

July 15, 2026 (Wednesday)<br />
Beginning on this date, alumni accounts will no longer be able to access Google cloud storage space or any data stored therein.<br />
