To promote intelligent administration and teaching innovation, and to enhance digital work efficiency across units, the Information Technology Service Center is now accepting applications from each first-level unit and college for the Microsoft 365 Copilot Education license. Each unit may only apply for one license.
\r\n1. Eligibility
\r\nApplicants must have an NYCU Microsoft 365 account.
\r\nIf you do not yet have an NYCU Microsoft 365 account, please apply through the NYCU Portal: “Microsoft 365 Service Application.”
\r\n2. Application Process
\r\nVisit our website to download the Information Service Application Form.

\r\nFill in the following information on the application form:
\r\nFor Service Category, Select “Other” and specify “Microsoft 365 Copilot License Application.”
\r\nUnit name and unit code
\r\nContact information

\r\nAfter obtaining the unit supervisor’s approval and signature, please submit the form to our center’s service counter.
