{"subject":"Announcement Regarding the Cessation of Microsoft Campus Licensed Software Usage Rights for Graduates","dataClassName":null,"pubUnitName":"Information Technology Service Center","posterDate":null,"updateDate":"2024-01-04","detailContent":"<div class=\"ed_model01 clearfix\">\r\n<div class=\"ed_txt\">In recent years, Microsoft has been vigorously promoting the cloud Microsoft 365 solution, and the Microsoft campus contract changed the licensed content a few years ago to no longer provide graduates with the right to use the campus-licensed Windows and Office software KMS certificates. After the school has repeatedly fought for, the contract for the year 2024 has been fully converted to the Microsoft 365 A3 solution.<br />\r\n<br />\r\nAs a result, starting from August 1, 2024, all Windows and Office software KMS certificates will be restricted to current students only, and will no longer be available to graduates.<br />\r\n<br />\r\nGraduates who have applied for a Microsoft 365 account during their academic period, can continue using the account to access the Microsoft 365 A1 plan (free Office online version) or switch to the free software LibreOffice.</div>\r\n</div>","liaisonper":"MEIFANG CHEN","liaisontel":"#31266","liaisonfax":null,"liaisonemail":"meifang@nycu.edu.tw","docs":[],"images":[],"videos":[],"audios":[],"resources":[]}
